B\u00f6ylelikle tetiklenen biyolojik reaksiyon sayesinde hidrojen ve kalsiyum iyonu ejeksiyonu (H+ ve  Ca2+) h\u00fccre i\u00e7indeki kimyasal dengeyi ge\u00e7ici olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirir.<br \/>\nH\u00fccre i\u00e7indeki ph de\u011ferinin y\u00fckseltilmesi ile birlikte h\u00fccre duvarlar\u0131ndaki y\u00fck da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fkenlik mecbur k\u0131lar.
